Exchanges and Returns

At MoroMou, we want both you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with one of our products, we're here to help and offer you an easy way to return it.

Exchange

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Please return the item unused and in its original packaging.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve inspected the return at our warehouse, we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that opened dog food packages are excluded from returns.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs for you. Please contact our customer service (info@moromou.at) for a free return label.
